CPA Contracting has been trading since 2006 serving the asbestos removal, demolition industry including removal of underground fuel tanks and decommissioning old service station sites throughout NSW.
Under both WHS Regulations 2011 and SafeWork NSW requirements, CPA Contracting has unrestricted demolition work (DE1) licence to be able to carry out demolition of all types of buildings including chemical facilities, service stations sites or underground fuel tanks and class 1 Friable Asbestos (A) to remove all types of asbestos products including asbestos contaminated soil.
CPA Contracting Managing Director has been involved in the civil, asbestos removal and demolition of building for over 35 years ranging from small dumped asbestos clean-ups for Councils to demolition of small community buildings to large factory warehouse complex including removal of underground fuel tanks and site remediation works.
CPA Contracting is based at Minto serving Sydney, Katoomba, Gosford and Wollongong metropolitan region including Campbelltown, Liverpool, Camden, Wollondilly, Bankstown and Sutherland. We are also selected on the RMS, Fairfield City Council and Campbelltown City Council as asbestos and demolition contractor panel are on call with other Council and government departments for emergency works.
